Our 2026 Summer Youth Training Camps are designed to help kids develop skills, confidence, and discipline while having fun. Each camp is age-appropriate, structured, and led by experienced coaches, focusing on specific martial arts disciplines. Camps can be taken individually or combined for a full summer of skill-building.

Age Group: 5–14 years old
Length: 2 weeks per camp
Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
Time: 3:00–4:30 PM
Focus: Skill development, confidence, discipline, and fun

This camp is perfect for kids who want to stay active, improve coordination, and build a strong foundation in boxingwhile having fun in a safe and structured environment.
CAMP 2: Kickboxing Basics

Punch–kick combinations
Movement & distance control
Pad work & partner drills
Skills Emphasis: Athleticism • Power • Control
Kickboxing Basics helps kids develop strength, balance, and control, all while learning exciting new skills in a supportive, high-energy setting.

Wrestling Foundations is designed to build strength, body awareness, and mental toughness, teaching kids how to control their movements and respect their peers in a fun, structured environment.
CAMP 4: Jiu-Jitsu Essentials
Dates: August 3 – August 14, 2026

Focus:
Positions (guard, mount, side control)
Escapes & basic submissions
Leverage & technique over strength
Controlled live drills
