Our 2026 Summer Youth Training Camps are designed to help kids develop skills, confidence, and discipline while having fun. Each camp is age-appropriate, structured, and led by experienced coaches, focusing on specific martial arts disciplines. Camps can be taken individually or combined for a full summer of skill-building.

Camp Structure (Applies to All Camps)

  • Age Group: 5–14 years old

  • Length: 2 weeks per camp

  • Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday

  • Time: 3:00–4:30 PM

  • Focus: Skill development, confidence, discipline, and fun

Pricing (By Camp Only)

  • 1 Camp: $125

  • Additional Camps: 20% off each additional camp*

Dates: June 22 – July 3, 2026

Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

Focus:

  • Stance, footwork, balance

  • Basic punches & combinations

  • Defensive movement

  • Conditioning games & coordination drills

Skills Emphasis: Speed • Hand-eye coordination • Confidence

This camp is perfect for kids who want to stay active, improve coordination, and build a strong foundation in boxingwhile having fun in a safe and structured environment.

Dates: July 6 – July 17, 2026

Focus:

  • Basic kicks & knees

  • Punch–kick combinations

  • Movement & distance control

  • Pad work & partner drills

Skills Emphasis: Athleticism • Power • Control

Kickboxing Basics helps kids develop strength, balance, and control, all while learning exciting new skills in a supportive, high-energy setting.

  • Stance & motion

  • Takedowns & sprawls

  • Balance, control, and body awareness

  • Wrestling-based games

Skills Emphasis: Strength • Discipline • Body control

Wrestling Foundations is designed to build strength, body awareness, and mental toughness, teaching kids how to control their movements and respect their peers in a fun, structured environment.

Dates: August 3 – August 14, 2026

Focus:

  • Positions (guard, mount, side control)

  • Escapes & basic submissions

  • Leverage & technique over strength

  • Controlled live drills

Skills Emphasis: Problem-solving • Confidence • Self-control

Jiu-Jitsu Essentials helps kids develop problem-solving skills, self-confidence, and discipline, learning technique over strength while having fun in a safe, encouraging setting.
