Our next Bang Muay Thai Belt Testing will take place during our regularly scheduled Thursday evening class. Eligible students will have the opportunity to demonstrate the techniques, combinations, and knowledge they've developed in pursuit of their next rank.

Review Day: We'll be dedicating today's (July 7th) class to a complete testing review so everyone has a chance to sharpen their skills and prepare for testing.

Please remember:

• Wear your ranked colored Bang Muay Thai shirt (this is the most important requirement).

• Wear your belt if you have one.

• Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin testing on time.
